Our Mission
To foster engaging, equitable, and culturally relevant educational environments for the myriad stakeholders involved in education. Through our boutique, customized consulting and advocacy services, we seek to help create dynamic learning environments for students, teachers, and educational leaders, while strengthening family and community engagement.

The educational industry was facing significant challenges before COVID-19 hit our communities. The pandemic has changed the educational needs of our students and put a heavier strain on a system already pulled so thin. L&F Educational Associates, LLC was founded by licensed educators and administrators who dedicated over 20+ years to public education. Knowing the day to day challenges that are met within public education, our company sets itself apart from the rest as we create curated services specific to individual district and student needs.
Our goal is twofold:
To empower families with the knowledge they need to effectively navigate the public school system.
To support school district development through curated, innovative programming created to address specific individual needs.

Educational Advocacy
for Families
Navigating the education system can be difficult, especially for families of students with disabilities. Our team of Educational Advocates are licensed educators with 10+ years of service in the public schools. These advocates are here to help you understand the processes of the school district as well as assist in advocating for your child’s individual needs. Educational Advocates can empower families with the knowledge necessary to acquire appropriate services and placements for their child(ren).
