Professional Development Options

L&F Educational Associates provides engaging, in-person professional development designed to foster meaningful learning, collaboration, and practical application. Sessions are interactive, grounded in research and best practice, and tailored to the specific needs of the district, school, or organization.

In-person trainings emphasize shared language, real-world strategies, and systems-level alignment, supporting immediate implementation while strengthening consistency across classrooms and teams. Each session includes educator-friendly materials and tools to support ongoing use beyond the training day

In-Person PD Offerings

Live virtual professional development offers the same depth, interactivity, and customization as in-person sessions, while providing flexibility for districts and organizations. Sessions are delivered in real time and designed to actively engage participants through discussion, reflection, and practical application.

This format is particularly effective for reaching multiple sites, supporting geographically dispersed teams, and maintaining continuity across staff. Live virtual sessions include structured facilitation, opportunities for collaboration, and digital resources to support implementation following the training.

Live Virtual PD Offerings

Self-paced, prerecorded courses provide flexible, accessible professional learning that educators can complete on their own schedule. Courses are designed to be practical and implementation-focused, allowing participants to engage with content at a pace that supports reflection and application.

These offerings are available at a reduced cost and include full access for a specified period of time, making them a sustainable option for districts and organizations seeking scalable professional learning. Courses include downloadable materials and resources to support ongoing use and reference.
